A month have passed since i work in StarHub -- doing data entry.Data entry is just the same process daily no doubt no use to my course but i enjoy it ...maybe i am a person who is very "fixed". Anyway we are suppose to call cust. for change no.even though it data entry.. what the..i hate callin cust. Reasons: (1) there are alot of time the cust didn't pick up the phone.. wasted so much time but cannt take stat
(2) there are cust who want super nice no.
But actually the biggest problem lies with me i cannot speak to ppl well i wd tend to speak too fast resultin in my speech being unclear and half the cust. wd say:pardon?
But.. but the sch switching us to call ctr next well doin technincal support of cable TV..omg.. ~~ i can imagin myself getting scolded by cust.daily....
goin to watch LZX concert on may 22 it's a pity the most ex. ticket sold out le or i wd buy that ... want watch jiu must take the best seat then can enjoy it haha...
My result for year 2 sem 2 is out.. yeah finally finally i get into the roll of honour for this sem only whoo hoo (: but the overall GPA still veru cui.. sianxx
